Beginner Producer wants opinion about song

been a singer for a quiet a while and I've dipped my feet into making my first own song. From scratch.

Instruments were generated using Cubase, mixing and mastering as well as vocals with adobe audition. I'd like to know if, from a technical standpoint, this qualifies as a song. It's not so much about the style and the musical choice what I am asking here although I am always open to criticism.

It's alternative rock if that's of any importance.

can u get it on spotify or smth? i bet if u upload and promote it right, it could get millions of hits :)
