Behringer MS20 or MS40

I posted here about needing some monitor speakers: (cannot post link, it's called Affordable speakers for small studio)
Well, I really liked the KRK, but unfortunately I cannot afford them at this time and the other examples you gave me, I can't actually get them for decent price, so the ones that I'm left with at the moment are Behringer MS20 and MS40. So... I basically can get them for around 90 pounds - MS20 and around 108 pounds - MS40. So which one has a better value and why? I repeat, I'm not a professional, I'm looking for something to get started and, hopefully, do well.

Alesis M1 520 usb - good quality for the price you have to pay. Im also a new to this and after research I choosed them as my first monitors. Other options Yamaha's hs50m - but they are much more expesive, but also better.
