Changing your alias/producer name, with your BMI account?

I signed up with BMI a year ago or so, and I did it online. Im not sure if its valid or its right lol, but im pretty sure it is, as they gave me a BMI account number. Plus, I can sign into my account and check my registered works, royalty statements etc. So I think I signed up successfully with that, and have a working account, to where in the future I could receive royalties under that name. The reason I signed up was becuase things were looking like they were moving, but unfortunately, I havent received any royalties in the past year due to working with no name artists. But now, im in a situation where things are starting to get to moving, and I'm in need of making sure my BMI information is correct and everything is right all the way thru. Im going under a different alias now, which i registered under my old name. So now, im just wondering whats the process of changing my alias/producer name on BMI, and from the sound of it, does it look like I signed up correctly and would be able to receive royalties thru BMI's company?
