I use the FL Slicer which I find very limited, want to start using SliceX which seems like a more advance version of slicer but how the hell do you time stretch init?

I use niether, I actually use a free audio program, free audio editor, I find much more straight forward than FL Studios, I also find its hard to mix and rearrange loops in FL Slicer and Slicex, and especially Edison(HOW THE **** DO YOU COPY AND PASTE SOMETHING INTO AN AREA YOU WANT, FL STUDIOS NO MATTER WHAT I DO PUT IT IN EITHER WHERE I WANT(WHILE REPLACING THE SOUNDS IN THE AREA I SELECTED)PUTS THE EXERPT FROM A LOOP IM TRYING TO REARRANGE AT THE BEGGINING OR END, IT IS VERY FRUSTURATING), So yea, I like the othe programs.

I'd pick Slicex though if I had to pick from the two even though I hate both with a passion; how can a free download be easy and better at cutting and dicing loops than a real DAW's application? I'm probally not using it right.

i use both of'em, they find with me, i'll make bout 7 beats with those in a day

Yh but how do you time stretch in slicex this is the only reason I use FL slicer.

I never really liked Slice X....even tho its a mix between Slicer and Edison.......

That is one thing Edison lacks......sometimes I would like to load up a wave file....chop and rearrange IN Edison...but you cant do it like that..

As for time stretching....it always sounds like butt when I do it with slicer.....I'd much rather take the extra few minutes to load the sample in the channel, stretch it to however many beats/bars...then export it, and import it in slicer.....like i said, takes a lil extra time...but once its done, you're set

After trying so many samplers over the years I'd have to go with slicex or wavepad since those offer so much control over a sample it is ridiculous.
Don't sleep on audacity either. Have not touched goldwave but heard good things about it.
Recycle needs work tbh. fl slicer's... eh. it's auto timeshifting is kinda...eh imo it's better going the manual route.
