my fl studio is being really wierd everyonce in a while the tempo says 95 but its playing like its on 10 then when i speed it up to like 300 to make it sound normal and save then play it, it plays like what 300 bpm would sound like .... wtf ... do i need to update it? cuz im realllly broke

You don't need to update. It this something new or has it done this since you installed?

Do you have any new sound hardware? Did you recently change which sound driver you use?

If you you're using samples, a loop maybe, then you may have saved automation. If you alter the tempo whilst recording, it may have saved tempo automation or it may have stretched the audio...

but if the tempo clock isn't changing when you play then yeah,

all I can think of is the audio driver is lagging.

Does it play normally but very slow or is it jittery?

Try increasing buffer size in audio options for a start.

I've not heard of this before but I've known cracked versions and even demo versions to have bugs, which version do you have?

nothing new to my setup except a casio keyboard thats not even hooked up to my computer.. its a new problem and also when i start it, it asks me to put the disk in and if i hit retry a couple times it works.. i got fl 7

All i can think of is reinstalling, it sounds like a corruption to me.

i have the enigma shit for my presets on my m audio and now there bein weird and when i press record it fast forwards etc.
