I haven't used FL Studio in about three years. I bought XXL Bundle at version 5. I know I cannot sell my FL license, but can I give it to someone else, Just curious.

The answer is "NO" You can not sell or give away or transfer your license per the "terms of use agreement". Here is the answer on their website: FOUND HERE

Appreciate the feedback. I really enjoyed FLS, but since I switched platforms years ago, I never use it anymore. I know I could use bootcamp but now I do everything in Logic and Reason. Probably still give it to someone one day.

I guess thats not the problem, cuz you can torrent it anyway. The problem is the things that come WITH a purchased license like lifetime upgrades, downloads, access to imageline forums etc.

Since the serial number is already registered under his name he would have to give it to someone he trust to continue to use it under his name since they can not transfer it. If he gives it to the wrong person and they post the serial number for everyone to use and someone tries to register it or multiple attempts show up with his name attached to the serial, then he is up S**T CREEK without a paddle. I think that is why when you register you got to give them your address and everything.

lol, I am debating on building a windows pc. If I do I have to get a new DAW but I will not be able to use logic on it. Not sure what I am going to do. FLS was my first DAW and I hate to let it go to waste. I have a cousin who would love it if I gave him mine though.
