hi! im learning the turntablism art but i have a lot of questions...

one of them is the following one:

does anybody juggles with hamster style xfader?

i find hamster easier to scratching, but a bit confusing when heavy beat juggling... should i learn juggling this way or normal??

thanks mates, peace!!

I juggle hamster, but then again, I don't juggle that much... like, it just messes with your head a bit, which side is which, but after a while, you're automatically know anyway, pz!

Juggling Hamster IS harder for me too but for scratching i can cut like.... alot faster.
I. Emerge juggles hamster I think.

Its actually easier for me to juggle hamster. Just think of it like this: fader to the right means you backcue the right table, and vice versa. If you think about it and try it, it gets easier. Its like, you all go one way, the fader goes right, you go right (to the right table).. Yeah whatever it works for me, lol.

It's just a matter or letting your brain getting used to it. Of course if you can already juggle normal style learning hamster juggling is very confusing. Un-learning something is much harder than learning anything else...

I do everything Hamster, juggling included. I can understand how it could be confusing at first, but if hamster is the way you do things, then it just becomes second nature

And Neo:
How can you say you don't juggle much? I thought you were doing all these crazy body tricks these days?

DAmn you DJ NUTlkdjflk;ajsklfds I Should start to learn to juggle hamster... Peh.. too hard. I get like so furious i want to rip my hair out sometimes... espiecally when I watch those crazy routines by crazy people on video and stuff... I jiust turn it off and say "....*****."

To be honest hamster really annoyes me sometimes. Ive been scratching for three years now hamster style and would have no objection to learning to juggle and mix hamster as well, but I have played out before and have used many mixers which are mounted flush into the table in front of you and if they have no hamster switch then you are in trouble coz u cant swich the leads on the back round either.
I have actually switched now and scratch normal. It was really hard at first and felt reeally un natural but it woz surprising how little time it took to become familiar with the other way round. Only problem is flaring which is waaay harder, but I'm still gonna learn.
For me mixing and juggling felt better natural anyway although i'm sure you can overcome this if u are a diehard hamsterer.
