How to make a 808/Sub this grimey/fat?

Hows it going FP community,

I dont know how David Banner or Swiff D make those 808s GRUNGY like that. Is it a certain type of wave with a LP filtering the highs? Thats the only thing I can think of. If not it is it some type of saturator or bitcrusher such as Decimort or Decapitator? Any help would be greatly appreciated those 808s SLAP and im trying to make some summer SLAPPERS!!!! Thanks in advance!
 
Umm, forget the kicks, did you notice how the first two sounds had that same constant ringing sound? Sick sound. sorry just wanted to mention that lol
 
YES iwaa going to ask how he does that as well but I didn't want to flood the board! If anyone knows how to re-create either one of those sounds PLEASE educate us!!!
 
You can use EQ on an 808 that will increase the 'rumble' which is used a lot in today's Hip Hop.

However, I used to think it was all in the EQ, mixing etc. However, if you do not have a good 808 sample, then you can apply any effect you want but it will still sound like shit. So I suggest start searching in some drum kits for a good 808 sample, from there apply some effects.
 
Thanks for the reply everyone, its funny you said that HalfBlack I just copped the Sausage Fatner Yesterday haha. So you think add distortion plus the sausage fatner or is the sausage fatner a distortion
