Ilok HELPP!

I bought ivory 2 and I can't set up my ilok. I called costumer support and they told me to instal ivory first then the drivers. The drivers wont install

The setup has detected that no version of the licenses support is installed the specified command-line options require that the applications be installed to continue.

What do I do? Help!

Thanks I was able to figure out the problem. For some reason I had to set up my ilok on my laptop and then use it on my desktop. It works flawlessly.
