Korg padKONTROL - saving scenes

Hey!

Yesterday I got myself the padKONTROL and it rocks! But I have a problem with it. When i program the scenes etc it all goes smoothly, but when I turn my PC off and then on, the pads are set again to factory controls. Is there a way for the settings to stay saved after power is shut down??

#1 im assuming you didn't read the manual.. i had the same problem with my Korg padkontrol (WHICH I AGREE **** IS AWESOME)
but i fixed the saving scenes problem when i read the manual

um when ur done u basically hit settings>prog change>select pad you wanna save it to 1-16 then enter i believe

i may be wrong but thats what i remmeber from the top off my head.. read the manual its in there for sure
 
really thanks, it helped :) i had a quick look at the manual and didn't read it whole like a book. pads are amazing my old mpd16 is garbage comparing to padkontrol.
 
Do a search for a guy named Trusty on here, i remember him posting some scenes he made, like 144 of'em where he programmed them to play chord and scales and stuff. Might be something your interested in.

yeah it tells u how to set up the controller and then save it to a scene it is always the same when you turn it on. I am very happy with my padkontrol also~!
