But I like Three Six Mafia and I am proud to say that a few people got to the bottom of this. The song in question, "Stay Fly," features a sample of "Tell Me Why Our Love Gone Cold." The late Mr. Willie Hutch, who is the father of Cold 187 of Above The Law, originally did this song. Anyway, there you go.

Pwd was asking what are the background lyrics, not the name of the sample.

Paul and Juicy were on 106 and Park a few months back, and when someone asked, they said even they don't know.

To me it sounds like "Your my Pride", but I can't make out the rest.

p.s.- The name of the Willie Hutch song is actually "Tell me why has our love turned cold" off of the 1973 Fully Exposed LP. Not sure why your "proud that a few people got to the bottom of this" - the sample is listed in the credits. You act like it's some kind of mystery lol.

that was copied from allhiphop.com. If pwd found the song and listened, then he could know the lyrics.
 
the sample isnt saying anything....its not actual words....he is sayin somethin like "ooo ahhhh ahhh"
 
on the sample it says tell me why, how many times to you need to ask this it's the 3rd or 4th thread about this

Nah it says "Tell Me Why" on the remix.
