I like the laidback vibe and the way you sampled that sax part, that was dope. I was listening to your other track Calypso and I like that one more, the vibe of it is dope. The bass is a bit strong on there but dope.

wow, nice sound, nice atmosphere! only thing, the brass sample seems a bit repetitive throughout the verse. it's beautiful, but it would stand out more if it's not overused. you alter it in the second verse, but it's hard for me to keep listening to the brass the whole song, even if it's such nice sample, maybe it just needs some extra EQing or less volume, i don't know. nevertheless, I love the style, keep it up

great job my friend. I think the only thing I would suggest would be creating some dope transitions with the drums. Like adding some toms and a crash symbol.

I took out give or take a third of the brass sample patterns based on that, it sounds significantly better now. I'm just contemplating whether or not to re-upload it.

Really nice man! I'm following you on SC, I really love the reverb on the snare... Dope Beat, nice chopping!

Keep it going!

Thanks man, that means a lot. This is probably my favorite beat I've made as of yet. Feel like I'm starting to get to the sound and style I've been wanting.

You have some really good sounds in this track. Really good, the vibe and ambience is on point. The ONE thing in my opinion that I didn't really vibe to was the hi hats. The beat had had a old school soul feel to it, I felt the wrong hi hat sound was used. To me it had a trap hi hat solo all over it. Try a version where you keep it simple and let it ride, the instrumentation is perfect already. Its just my opinion but you're doing some really good things. Keep at it homie

Dope blend of oldschool sampling techniques and newschool trap inspired drums. The sampling is very impressive and you are clearly gaining an ear for mixing. It sounds good to me overall, but I would use a little bit less reverb on your snare and maybe use deeper kick. The hi hats sit very well in the mix and the pattern is really dope, mad props on this beat overall man its sick. I followed you on soundcloud, and I'll definitely be looking out for more of your music.

Let me know what you think about this

I also like the blend of old-school and new-school, that's what I try to do sometimes as well. The first minute was cool to me, then it started to get a little repetitive to me, maybe it'll sound different if somebody actually raps over it..

The snare is heat. I like the way it sounds over that chill vibe. Well done.

This is a good track man...good arrangement...I could hear a bit more clarity in the bass perhaps...otherwise feeling it man nice work
