wats the sound?-Waves by Kanye west

Hey guys,

Im new here and new to producing. I was wandering what that background sound is the song Waves by kanye west. It is isolated at the end if you have trouble understanding what im talking about. Sorry i cant post the youtube link but this is my first post

I have an dea for an instrumental in mind and want to create a similar sound in my track. Im using ableton if it helps

Sounds just like a gated synth mixed with a vocal sample or another vocal synth, you can check samples at whosampled, but that's not too relevant here, I think.
