What does Vs (versus) mean in a song title

I was just wondering what does VS mean in a song title (I know that it means versus), though I see it quite a lot.

For instance

Alibi Vs. Rockefeller - Sexual Healing (Freemasons Radio Edit)

Sexual Healing is the Marvin Gaye tune, I read some where that Alibi is another name the Freesmasons go by, though Rockefeller??

i get that Sexual Healing in this case a remix though by whom?

it means that they made the song together and their styles "clash"
and it shows in the song

yea it's either 2 artists creating a song together to "clash" in their styles or it can also be the 2 songs used for a mash up
