I'm stumped. It's the intro part, and the piano around that part was sampled as well.

I searched The Breaks and it only said these songs and it's neither of them:

DJ Shadow - "Midnight in a Perfect World"
Tupac - "Confessions"

Any ideas? It's annoying the hell outta me, thanks if anyone can shed some light on this.

Damn son, bare people have sampled that lol. I think there's about 7 or 8 tracks i know of that used it. No names come to mind. I'll have a quick search cuz its gonna annoy me lol.
 
I sampled it too. that was like my first sampled track I ever did so its kinda basic
