I dont know if this has been posted before, This is the untold story of the Dungeon family by Vibe, Vibe has part 1 in the magazine but part 2 came out much later only online due to the shut down of the mag or whatever

Anyway, its about struggles and turmoil within in the their camp, from humble beginnings to recent statuses, shotguns in mouthes, fuked up contracts, publishing issues, and liens on houses....

mostly about Rico Wade of the Organized Noize team

I never would have thought all this was going on, makes you think three times about if About mixing friends with business and hell, just staying on top of your business and checking on lazy ass accountants lol... Dude had everything and now its like he's damn near at square 1... but still there is hope...

oh yea... cocaine is a helluva drug...

KP WAS IN PARENTAL ADVISORY?!?!?!?? WOOOOOW!!

I had no idea! I remember going down to ATL and getting a PA promo CD outside the club...i think this was in the late 90's or early 00's. I loved that CD so much that I bought the debut.

My Life, Your Entertainment. That was a hell of a CD.

Kawan Prather...from artist in an underrated group, to high powered industry exec.

this is shaping up be a phenomenal read!

That's Industry Standard. If you get signed, you come up off half of that publishing, to whoever sign you.

It's unfortunate that he wasn't on his business game enough to protect his interests.

If we're working together, or I'm providing opportunities to you based on my relationships and established businesses, I'm getting publishing...period.

Like it or not.

Publishing points are the coin of the realm.
(If you can, pay your way with something else, but if not, well--)

I've never met an artist who gave any of their publishing to their record label or someone who didn't write anything.

I really don't think any lawyer these days is going to let their client sign away publishing to anyone but a real publisher.

Publishing companies do.

Labels do to.
