Yee.
First time trying a song at a tempo this high and was wondering if since it's so fast.. rappers/mc's usually preffer a 24 bar verse/12 bar chorus??

Im sure it all just depends on what direction your taking the song...... Depending on if you want it lyric driven or hook/concept driven

but im guessin it depends on the rappers delivery..... If hes the type of rapper dat can keep up with the pace of the drums then da conventional amount of bars is all you need. But if he basically raps at half speed then yeah you'll probly need to add bars....

If he raps anywhere near human level 24/32 for verse and 16 for hook.

Because most people think of 150 as just 75 double time, so what would you do for a 75 BPM track.

I'd double up.. So a 16 bar verse would be 32 and an 8 bar chorus would be 16..

It's simple mathematics, Check it out, I revolve around science..
What are we talking about here?

yes as noble said, otherwise your track will be like 1:30 seconds

Yeah figured.. Thanks guys... Oh yeah, and what effects would be good to add to a skrewed vocal hook??

I just uploaded the first verse on soundclick... I have a hook playing 8 of the bars though.. Should I not have a hook playing through the verse??
