Sorry if this is a repost but this song is a real grower, focus's drums are so heavy on this and the sample is sick.

Really looking forward to bishops album, he has a good flow. what you lot think?

thanx, i haven't heard this one before. The beat is crazy. I was skeptical if he could actually make it like Em and 50. But, after hearing this track i think he can do it, and become a long lasting force if he sticks with Dre producing his records.
 
I think this was posted earlier.

Personally, this beat is a little weird fvckin for me. Since when did samplin weird middle eastern vocals become a trend (Rich boy I guess).

Maybe it has got to grow on me, I just think he could pick a better first single. Like, you can;t really hum this...or even remember. I think Up and Down was a better first single for him.

and I'm feeling this Olly, thanks. But I dont think i could bump a song with a dude talking about is, and i quote- "D.I.C...K!" I'll just find the instrumental i and blast that.

On Bishops' myspace, he has a youtube clip with chad hugo, talking about Chad and Dr. Dre on the same song for Detox? Whoa.

beat is hot. We need more beats like this on the game. Im getting tired of hearing those fake ass synth beats like all these beat makes on you tube be doing. They killin that motif lead. lol

Oh yeah, i actually liked that beat. Maybe cause it wasn't soley vocals, you know?

But you better know, when his album drops i'm buyin two copies, seriously. I always say that and end up gettin it from a friend, but I like Bishop a lot, and i feel like his album is gonna be awesome (not just cause dre is on it...he's a new west coast figure, he's got Preemo, madlib, pete rock, focus, he's probably gonna have some sick collaborations...it just sounds dope as ****.)
 
It just sounds so different to everything out, it reminds me of when timbo was dropping missy's tunes with the indian music sample.

Not to down focus he has great talent but this isn't anything groundbreaking. he got a nice sample and layed some hot drums and low octave strings and piano and synth on the hook...a novice couldve done that....
 
What a banger this joint is, had it siting on my HD for a while and always skipped it because of the meh sounding intro but whoooo was I wrong.

Knocks real hard and grows on you - Props to Focus for making that net snapping beat.
 
yea def got that head nod feel to i reckon, this the focus producer linked with aftermath? have you guys heard of epik hes signed to focus' afam records i think?

if the beginning didn't interest you then it's funny you listened to the rest cause when you take out the sample you get nothing interesting
respect bulgarian folk music, even used on tracks talking about something completely different like sex

Indeed, which is why I'm spinning it so much now - Can't explain the paradox or stop the hotness.
