I am Irish, my Dad came to this country (USA) from Northern Ireland, and if I was to wear a Kilt for a family photo or for some sort of Irish Tradition then that would be one thing, but this Mofo, aint Irish or Scottish or anything and therefor he is wearing a dress or skirt!
