wich VST have that sound???

You more than likely already have one. B4 vst as mentioned, Hypersonic, Reason, Kontakt, most plugs included in DAWs can do this.

You just have to turn the mod wheel/rotator effect up.

It sounds good and it comes in a bundle with some electric pianos as well but "ORGANIZED Trio" is the one.

It includes a speed control for the spinning speaker effect.

There are also a few synthesizers that have GREAT organs created in them. Firebird is one of them.
