You gotta get known...
Yo, if you afraid to post on the web, why not record your voice and specify your name and that your stuff is copyrighted... I've known a few peeps that did that, and it's hard to actually copy the file, whether RM or not, if your voice is on it... feel me? I did that to my beats that I allow peeps to hear... on the background of my beats is "This song created and recorded by German Lopez aka Genycis. This track is legally copywritten 2003, All rights reserved"... and just loop it after itself on your tracks.. that'll protect it. Its' like Devize said though, if you don't showcase some of your beats, the only place you gonna be known is around the way... feel me? I'm workin' with my brother and his boyz out in NYC through demo CD's at the moment, so, even if they make some loot with the beats I DID provide them, it's not like my brother or his boyz are gonna make the same tight beats I'm letting them use. You gotta take a couple risks, you gonna lose here and there, but in the end, if you made it to tha top, then it's their loss for rippin' off one track, while your name's hittin' headlinez with mad tracks. They can rape a track, but not your creativity. Feel me? I agree with Devize.. take a risk. I'm gonna try to get some of my beatz posted to MP3.com. Do that though.. just a suggestion. Holla.
