I think this song is a hot freestyle dance song. I mean, i watched Step Up 2 and this song played at the end, i was like, what is this song? So i finaly found it and i now cant get enough of it. What are your opinions on this track?

Its from Shock Value. I think that song is hot as hell. From the sample to the percussion. Straight Fire.
 
Man, I love that track, but most of the people I know, don't like it all. That track was on repeat in my car from Day 1 !!

I love how it's coated with with heavy breathing. And I think I hear some sort of rain drop or deep snap. Maybe a heavily reverbed 909 clap giving it that smack factor.

I wonder how Timbo samples his drums? I heard him say he mixes his drums to fit into any key or waveform. How is that possible?

Chase pretty much hit the nail on the head.

When Tim helped Kanye layer Stronger, he could flip threw any patch of drums and they would fit into the wave pattern.

I'm not sure if he pitched everything afterwards, but his drums seemed open ended. If so, that's amazing.
